Fuga Pro 4 มีการพัฒนาจากรุ่น 3 ให้มีความสบายในการสวมใส่มากขึ้น ได้แก่

การปรับทรงรองเท้าแบบใหม่ (new last)

ปรับทรงช่วงส้นเท้า (heel collar)

อัพเกรดระบบเชือกเป็น AWS 3.0

พื้นการรองรับ 2 ชั้น (dual-density sole)

จุดเด่นเดิมที่ยังคงไว้ ได้แก่

พื้นกลาง (midsole) เทคโนโลยี ECCEVAI ที่มีความหนาแน่นเป็นสองเท่า แต่มีน้ำหนักที่เบากว่า 20% และให้แรงส่งที่มากกว่าหากเทียบกับมาตรฐานโฟม EVA ทั่วไป พื้นนอกเทคโนโลยี Vibram Litebase ที่บางกว่าปกติ 50% เบากว่าปกติ 30% โดยยังคงคุณสมบัติการยึดเกาะทั้งพื้นแห้งและเปียกไว้ได้อย่างครบถ้วน 4-Point Gaiter Holder จุดยึดสำหรับการติด Gaiter เพื่อป้องกันทรายหรือกรวดเข้าในรองเท้า
