Online Store - Order Acceptance

Any debit or credit card details you provide to us must be legally binding before your order can be accepted. Once this has been completed, we will email you to confirm that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will constitute your agreement to the legal terms and conditions between us. All orders are for the sale of available products and if an order cannot be completed under the Substitution Policy, payment will be deducted from your account before your order is placed. We accept direct debit and credit card payments. All cardholders are subject to cardholder verification and authorization.

Online Stores - Pricing

Ref takes care to ensure that the prices displayed in the online store in the online store section of the website are correct. However, prices may change from time to time and the correct price will be applied when you select an item, place it in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The correct price displayed is inclusive of VAT.

Returns and Exchanges

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and the order has been sent to your account. Refunds after order completion will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but size or model can be exchanged. We will try our best to protect our members' interests within our limitations, but we cannot accept refunds unless there is anything wrong.
