Shipping Policy

www.rev.co.th will deliver products to customers within 1 - 5 business days according to the service area, covering 77 provinces throughout Thailand. Rev will start counting the delivery period only after the customer has successfully paid the full amount or received a confirmation email and phone call from www.rev.co.th under the following conditions:

The company uses DHL EXPRESS shipping.

Delivery time for provincial areas is 2-4 business days by DHL Express. On the delivery day, the DHL delivery team will call to make another delivery appointment using the phone number the customer provided when making payment.

Money is delivered only on Monday - Saturday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We reserve the right to refuse delivery on public holidays and government holidays.

Monday - Friday Order cutoff time is 11:59 PM.

www.rev.co.th Free shipping when purchasing products from 1,000 baht or more/item ***The company reserves the right to change without prior notice.***

Orders less than 1,000 baht, shipping fee 50 baht.

1. www.rev.co.th provides delivery service only within Thailand. For delivery in the 3 southern border provinces (Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat and various islands), delivery time will depend on the situation at that time. The company will deliver as appropriate.

2. Delivery time is an estimate, depending on the shipping company, excluding Sundays, public holidays and government holidays. Delivery time may be delayed, especially during festivals.

3. Delivery will be carried out according to the order number.

4. The company reserves the right to deliver products beyond the specified time frame if there is an emergency or if the customer changes the address or the delivery information, address, and telephone number are incorrect or there is no recipient at the appointed time.

5. The Company reserves the right to change any conditions without prior notice.
