Return & Exchange policy

Please review the warranty conditions for each product before placing an order on www.rev.co.th, as the terms may vary.

Conditions for Product Exchange

• Received the wrong model, color, or size
• Received a damaged or non-functional product
• Products must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt
• Products must be in perfect condition — unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• Products must be returned with the original packaging, box, price tag, and company-issued receipt
• Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for exchange
• The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product is not in its original condition or if the original receipt is missing

How to Request a Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the steps below:

1. Email our customer service team at esupport@rev.co.th with the following details:

• Photos of the product and the reason for the exchange
• If exchanging for a different color or size, please specify the desired item
• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to the exchange

2. Once we receive the product and required information, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. If approved, we will check the availability of the requested item and send you a confirmation email to proceed.

3. After receiving the confirmation email, please prepare the following documents:

• Exchange confirmation email
• Purchase receipt
• The product must be returned in its original condition, complete with tags and packaging. If not, the company reserves the right to deny the exchange

4. Once the product is approved for exchange, we will proceed with shipping the replacement item. You will receive an email with tracking details and a new order number

5. The company reserves the right to evaluate and approve the request before sending a replacement

6. All exchanges must comply with our stated policies and conditions

7. The company does not accept exchanges for incorrect orders placed by the customer or due to dissatisfaction with the product

8. Products must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted

9. The company does not offer refunds under any circumstances
