- Can I place an order via LINE/phone?
You can order through our official LINE@ account. For purchases made on www.rev.co.th, you can pay by scanning a QR code. However, we are currently unable to accept orders by phone.
- When will I receive my order confirmation?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/receipt delivered to your email address.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been successfully paid for, it cannot be canceled or modified. Any refund requests after an order is finalized will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Why was my order canceled/payment status incomplete?
This issue might be due to your payment not completing all necessary steps. Please contact our customer service at EMAIL: esupport@rev.co.th or LINE: @sportsrev for assistance.
- I didn't receive an invoice with my item. How can I get one?

- Is there free shipping/delivery?
Rev Online offers free shipping nationwide within Thailand for orders valued at 1,000 Baht or more. For orders under 1,000 Baht, a shipping fee of 50 Baht will be applied.
- If you purchase products outside of Thailand
We can only accept exchanges for products purchased in Thailand. If you made your purchase in another country, you'll need to contact and return the item to the country where you bought it.

Product Exchange Conditions
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
Incorrect item shipped: If you received the wrong model, color, or size.
Damaged or unusable item: If the product arrived damaged, defective, or is otherwise unusable.
Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date you received the item from the delivery service.
Product condition: The item for exchange must be in perfect, unused condition. It should not have been washed, cleaned, or altered from its original state.
Original packaging: The exchanged item must include its original box/packaging, price tag, and the original receipt from the company.
Non-exchangeable items: Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Company's right to refuse: The company reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product is not in perfect condition or if the original receipt is not presented.
Steps to Request a Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item:
Notify Customer Service: Email our Customer Service Center at esupport@rev.co.th with the following details:
Photographic evidence: Provide photos and state the reason for the exchange.
Exchange specifics: If you want to change the color or size, specify the details of the desired item.
Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Company Review: Once we receive your information and the item you wish to exchange, we'll inspect the product to ensure it meets our exchange conditions. Our team will then check the stock of the desired item and send an email confirmation to proceed with the exchange, starting from the date we receive the returned item.
Prepare Documents: After you receive the exchange confirmation email, prepare the following documents:

Product condition: The item must be in the same condition as sent by the company, including all tags and packaging. If the item is not in its original condition upon return, the company reserves the right to refuse the exchange in all cases.
New Item Shipment: Once the new item exchange is approved, we will ship the new product to you within our specified delivery timeframe. You will receive an email notifying you that the company is processing your new item exchange, along with a new order number.
Company's Discretion: The company reserves the right to inspect and approve the new product before shipping it to the customer.
Policy Adherence: The company reserves the right to accept exchanges only under the policies and conditions it has stipulated.
No Exchanges for Wrong Order/Dissatisfaction: The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the wrong model was ordered or if the customer is simply not satisfied with the product.
Exchange Time Limit: The company will accept exchanges within 14 days of the customer receiving the product. If this period is exceeded, the company reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
No Refunds: The company does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

Online Purchases / Buying Products Online
For online purchases, exchanges can only be made for products available on the website. You cannot exchange items at a physical store location.

All return requests require company approval before a refund can be processed. The company also reserves the right to change its exchange and refund policy as needed.

- What are the available return methods?
Online purchases are eligible for return exclusively to the online warehouse. Returns cannot be facilitated at our retail branches.
- Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed by the company within 7 to 20 calendar days from the date the returned merchandise is received at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back to the customer via the same payment method utilized for the original transaction.
- Can the same discount code be used multiple times?
The discount code can only be used once.
- Can more than one discount code be used per order?
Only one code can be used per order.
- Issues with discount codes / Discount code problems
• Minimum Purchase
Some discount codes are only applicable when a minimum purchase value is met. We recommend customers check if their order total meets the specified minimum purchase amount.
• Discount Code Validity
Each type of discount code comes with additional restrictions and terms. Please review the eligible products and the discount code's terms before placing your order.
• Restrictions and Terms
Each discount code has a limited validity period. Discount codes can be used to reduce the price of regular-priced items and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Rev Online reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for using discount codes and to exclude certain products from promotional offers without prior notice.
- Discount codes and refunds
If a customer places an order using a discount code and wishes to return the item, Rev Online reserves the right to refund the customer the actual price paid for that specific order.
- If you’ve never registered with the Rev Online Store, you can create an account using one of the following four methods.

- Click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter your email address and click the “Send” button. The system will send an email with a link to update your password.
- Click the reset link in the email and create a new password.
